Rozella Wong
Rozella Razali Wong, is a registered and licensed counsellor as well as a counselling psychologist with over 14 years of experience in the psychology and education fields. Her work with women and child survivors of gender based violence started 24 years ago as a para counsellor and trainer in a women's rights NGO. As a HRDF certified trainer & speaker she has touched many lives across Malaysia, Southeast- Asia and the US. A mother of 4, she also runs 4 businesses and is a co-founder of a educational NGO and a business networking group. Having women empowerment, gender equality and child rights close at heart, Rozella is the current President of WEA

Anizan Isahak
Dr Anizan Isahak has a keen interest in promoting women's rights to sustainable livelihood. Her background in the sciences and active involvement in community work surrounding sustainable agriculture related issues and activities have supported the organisation to address women's economic empowerment concerns. In addition, she is also involved in social support services and administration of the organisation.

Shoba Aiyar
Shoba Aiyar has been working for about 35 years with children, disabled, migrants, refugees, women and families from all walks of life, mainly having issues of abuse, ranging from different types of physical, psychological and sexual violence. Her experience ranges from practicing case work and individual counseling, group work and group counseling and training with different groups of people from all walks of life,(community work and some advocacy work.. This includes giving consultation/talks on violence against women issues, safety, crisis management, gender, marital relationship and emotional health issues.
Treasurer, Head of Social Services
Haslinah binti Yacob
Haslinah is a Licensed Counsellor with the Board of Counsellor, Malaysia and owner of Lina Counselling Café. She specialises in Trauma Therapy and Family and Couple Therapy; using effective integrative counselling techniques. In her capacity as a Counsellor, she volunteers in various non-governmental organizations providing psychological first aid and counselling services.. She has been involved in the women’s movement for more than 20 years and was one of the founders of the organization and Past President.

Manohara Subramaniam
Manohara is one of the founder member of WEA. She has 30 ++ years of experience and is an expert in both managing GBV cases and training. Now she is in charge of building network with both regional and local level women related organisations , towards buildig a violence free community for women, men and children.

Rose Maria Ira
Rose Maria Ira had been an avid volunteer since 1998 in various NGO focusing on Violence Against Women issues. She has been a WEA member since 2011 and is actively involved in training and paracounselling. Now she is in charge on managing WEA Membership Drive and coordinating Membership Events. She is involved in networking with the sustainable agriculture project participants and building rapport within the community.
